Products / Studio lab

Curious about problems. Serious about products.

Alongside client work, ByaDev is developing a product practice: research recurring problems, test small ideas and build software that earns a place in someone's workflow.

How the lab works

A product should earn its roadmap.

We don't want to build a collection of ideas. We want to understand a specific customer, validate a costly problem and test a focused solution.

01

Observe

Look for repeated problems in real workflows, support requests and customer conversations.

02

Validate

Understand current alternatives, urgency, buying behaviour and whether a narrow solution would matter.

03

Prototype

Test the smallest useful workflow with potential users before investing in a full product.

04

Earn the next step

Build further when usage, customer commitment and a credible route to distribution support it.

CURRENT STATUS

Research and experiments are in progress.

There is no public ByaDev SaaS product catalogue yet. We are keeping the lab focused on problem discovery and small experiments rather than announcing products before they are ready.

Have something in mind?

Know a workflow that deserves a better tool?

We are interested in hearing about specific, recurring problems from operators, founders and small teams. A useful conversation is a good first experiment.
