ByaDev aims to collect only the information needed to understand and respond to a project, product or education enquiry. This notice applies to the public website at byadev.com.
1. Information you provide
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, work email address, company or website, the service you are asking about, an indicative budget, a desired timeline and the message you choose to send. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the form.
2. How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the context of a potential project or partnership, communicate about next steps and maintain relevant business correspondence. It is not used by this website to make automated decisions about you.
3. Email delivery and service providers
Contact-form submissions are sent to the ByaDev contact inbox through the Resend email delivery service. The current website code does not save form submissions to its own application database. The email and the service provider may retain or process the information according to their applicable systems, settings and privacy terms. The website also requests font files from Google Fonts; when those files are loaded, the browser connects to Google's font service.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This version of the website does not intentionally install advertising pixels or a website analytics tracker. The hosting provider and infrastructure may create technical logs needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. If additional analytics, advertising or other tracking tools are introduced, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, maintain appropriate records or meet applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact ByaDev to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, contractual or legitimate business requirements. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
7. External websites
The website may link to GitHub, LinkedIn, live project demos or other third-party websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. ByaDev does not control their content or data practices.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website and ByaDev's services evolve. The date at the top indicates when this version was last revised.
